Job Title:
Sanitation Supervisor

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire, Fulltime

  • Schedule: Monday

  • Friday, 3:30pm 11:30pm
  • Salary: $55,000 $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:_

  • Lead and train staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Enhance sanitation processes to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Update sanitation procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Address sanitation violations identified during inspections.
  • Manage monthly inventory of sanitation supplies.
  • Supervise pest control measures and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform tests to ensure equipment cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with BRC or similar standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align schedules and expectations.
  • Conduct safety and compliance inspections, maintaining documentation.
  • Supervise the 2nd shift cleaning team.
  • Prioritize workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform daily LOTO procedures and provide staff training.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements_:


  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, AIB, SQF, or BRCGS standards, chemical handling, and environmental testing preferred.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- chemical handling: 2 years (preferred)

  • Manufacturing
Warehouse Sanitation Supervisor: 2 years (required)
- environmental testing: 3 years (preferred)
