Project Assistant (m/f/d):
Your responsibilities:
- Support the project management to ensure efficient project execution
- Create and update project documentation
- Manage deadlines and tasks
- Communicate with internal teams and subcontractors
- Organize meetings and document discussions
- Communicate with clients and handle service requests and complaints
- Coordinate and process service orders and complaints
Your profile:
- Previous experience in project management or as an assistant is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good English skills
- Technical understanding is a plus
