We are currently seeking a Dispatcher / Administrative Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Munich-East.

What you can expect from us:

Dispatching of commercial employees and subcontractors
Ensuring timely planning of possible personnel assignments
Monitoring and evaluation of dispatch processes
Administrative support for smaller projects until invoicing
Followup of technical implementation
Quality control and review of subcontractor and supplier invoices
Ensuring information management and updating of ongoing projects in the digital file

What you bring to the table:

Successfully completed commercial training as an office clerk, industrial clerk, freight forwarder, personnel services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Experience in personnel dispatching
Independent and meticulous work style, good organizational and teamwork skills
Good IT skills
