Tasks:
To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible, on a permanent basis and in part-time or full-time (minimum 25 hours/maximum 40 hours per week):

Commercial employee (m/f/d) for customer service


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Processing and tracking of customer orders with corresponding customer/supplier and shipping contacts
  • Handling of complaints
  • Inventory management (in/out)

Qualifications:

We expect the following from you:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Independent, goaloriented and systematic way of working
  • Teamwork skills
  • Essential: Communication skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage
You tackle tasks, keep the important things in mind even under stress, and work in a solution-oriented manner. You enjoy developing processes and structures.
