Human Resources Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advising employees and managers on all personnelrelated, labor law, and strategic issues within a defined area of responsibility
  • Ensuring coverage of qualitative and quantitative personnel needs and optimal personnel deployment
  • Recruiting, selecting, and integrating new employees
  • Collaborating closely with the works council
  • Supporting in personnel, training, and budget planning
  • Participating in HR projects

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 35 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
  • Solid user knowledge of SAP R/3 HR
