    VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
    Gebruikt gegevens uit een groot aantal bronnen om belangrijke thema's te analyseren en de mogelijke gevolgen voor de business te identificeren.

    Ontwikkelt procedures en interpreteert en past beleid toe voor het eigen expertisegebied om gespecificeerde output te bereiken. Of adviseert het bredere bedrijf over de toepassing van beleid, en monitort vervolgens de implementatie van die procedures binnen de organisatie.

    Beveelt wijzigingen aan beleid, processen, normen en praktijken aan die operationele ondersteuning zouden verbeteren.

    Ontwikkelt en/of levert een calamiteitenplan voor significante aspecten van het risicomanagement- en/of controleproces.

    Analyseert specifieke problemen en kwesties om de beste oplossingen te vinden. Oplossingen kunnen technisch van aard zijn of expertise vereisen.

    Bij de

    verantwoordelijkheden

    kunnen horen: het ondersteunen van interne klanten of het helpen van senior collega's bij het managen van interne klantrelaties.

    EISEN
    Universiteit/post graduaat (Masters degree)

    Substantiële algemene werkervaring in combinatie met uitgebreide functiegerelateerde ervaring op eigen expertisegebied tot volledig deskundig niveau.

    Ervaring met algemeen toezicht op meer junior collega's.

    Fungeert als de autoriteit van de organisatie en gevestigde deskundige voor het begrijpen en gebruiken van standaard kantoorapparatuur en standaard softwarepakketten ter ondersteuning van bedrijfsprocessen.

    Werkt zelfstandig en biedt begeleiding en training aan anderen over het analyseren van gegevenstrends voor gebruik in rapporten om de besluitvorming te helpen begeleiden.

    Gebruikt uitgebreide kennis en vaardigheden om zelfstandig te werken en biedt ondersteuning en training aan anderen betreffende het plannen, organiseren, prioriteiten stellen en toezicht houden op activiteiten om efficiënt zakelijke doelstellingen te behalen.

    Maakt gebruik van uitgebreide kennis en vaardigheden om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd begeleiding en training te bieden aan anderen over het ontwikkelen, monitoren, interpreteren en begrijpen van beleid en procedures, en ervoor te zorgen dat ze overeenkomen met organisatorische strategieën en Doelstellingen.

    Past uitgebreide kennis toe om zelfstandig te handelen terwijl anderen begeleiding en training bieden over het gebruik van duidelijke en effectieve mondelinge

    communicatievaardigheden

    om ideeën uit te drukken, acties aan te vragen en plannen of beleid te formuleren.
