    Description

    We are seeking a highly reliable and intelligent Executive/Personal Assistant who thrives in a self-managed environment. The ideal candidate will support a high net worth Owner, who is frequently out of the office, by acting as their "right hand" in managing a diverse range of responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of real estate and estate affairs.
    • Handle financial responsibilities including paying bills and managing transactions over $200K.
    • Assist in the management of an antique car business.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security in all transactions and communications.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience in general accounting and handling large financial transactions.
    • Minimum of 5 years commitment to the role.
    • Solid track record of working with high net worth individuals.
    • Experience managing private family estate matters of significant value.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Additional Information:

    • No travel is necessary for this position.
    • Hours are highly flexible, accommodating various schedules.
