    Job Description

    Job DescriptionSalary:

    We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

    · Oversee and manage various property projects and vendor activities, ensuring each project is completed successfully and efficiently.

    · Conduct regular property inspections; identify and report issues, then arrange and supervise staff in resolving these issues effectively and timely.

    · Perform home maintenance and cleaning including all aspects of property upkeep, cleaning, and repairs.

    · Oversee household inventory, ensuring adequate supply and organization of household items.

    · Plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements, family activities, and events, ensuring smooth execution.

    · Be prepared to assist with diverse tasks as requested.

    Qualifications

    · The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

    · The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar household management or personal assistant role.

    · We seek someone who can anticipate needs, act proactively, and be flexible in scheduling, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

    · Reliable transportation required.
