Driven by my desire to help others, I play an active part in peoples lives hiring and recruiting for the transportation industry. I am always looking to help great individuals find a great company to call home.

After transitioning from part-time time sales associate to Assistant Manager at my first job in just three months, I saw I could inspire those around me. Impacting the lives of others positively and helping coach them towards success became a newfound source of inspiration in my life. This sent me on a journey in discovering how I could increase both the size of the impact and its reach.

This ultimately led me down a number of wildly varying avenues, including art and music where my thoughts, ideas, and dreams could touch people's hearts and minds. It was during the recording of my first album I realized I wanted to reach people on a more personal level, sharing my knowledge and inspiring them to change the aspects of their life that brought them down into positive, observable changes that bettered their lives and those around them.

After helping people find their entrepreneurial spirit and start their own successful business, I wanted to connect people in a way I never had before. By bringing businesses together, I could help in the creation and growth of an essential infrastructure of the U.S. economy: shipping and transportation.
