Job Summary:
Must be willing to live on site All bills paid.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to maintain a secure environment
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Respond promptly to any disturbances or emergencies
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Provide assistance and support to residents and visitors as needed
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
Requirements:
- Level 3 guard card
- Fully duty belt with firearm
- Ability to live/work on site
BLC# C
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
