    Description
    The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong analytical skills, and have a strong eye for detail.

    This role will provide support to the E-Commerce team by assisting with administrative functions to maintain our e-commerce platforms and storefront catalogs using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.

    Includes adding and updating categories, product SKUs, item attributes, images, descriptions, promotions, and other routine tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure the websites are up to date and accurate to create an optimal user experience for the consumers.

    Major Areas of Responsibilities
    Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce sites
    Request an optimize product descriptions and images to enhance search visibility and drive sales
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
    Monitor website analytics to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

    Education and Skills
    Cigar experience preferred (but not required)
    2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce
    Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
    Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and web analytics tools
    Prior Content Management System experience required
    Knowledge of Basecamp or similar project management platform
    Strong business and project management skills needed
    Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
    Ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
    Teamwork, communication and influencing skills.

    Physical Requirements

    Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.


    TALKING:
    Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.


    AVERAGE HEARING:
    Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.


    AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES:
    Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.


    PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
    Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
