    Description

    Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

    Location: Englewood, NJ

    About the Role: LHH is partnering with an esteemed client in beauty industry to bring on an entry level exployee to the E-Commerce team. As a rapidly growing brand they are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the brand-owned D2C e-commerce platform.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm overseeing everything from listing management to sales promotions.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, drive new traffic, and enhance customer loyalty.
    • Optimize product listings, collaborating with Marketing to create engaging content and visuals that elevate our online presence.
    • Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement new tactics to attract and retain customers.
    • Stay informed about e-commerce and conversion trends, leveraging insights to enhance site performance and user experience.
    • Coordinate with the headquarters marketing team to secure necessary assets.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
    • Previous experience in e-commerce is require
    • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Proactive approach to generating and implementing innovative ideas.
