    Description

    Join our team at Lloyd Agencies! We are currently looking for a Sales and Customer Service Leader to drive sales and enhance customer experience. If you are passionate about exceeding sales goals and providing top-notch customer service, this role is perfect for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive and exceed sales targets through coaching and recognition, focusing on productivity and efficiency.
    • Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Utilize sales data to recognize achievements and develop strategies for improvement.
    • Organize events and engage with the community.
    • Address performance issues promptly.
    • Conduct Talent Analysis and create career progression plans for team members.
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
    • Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create reports, present to various audiences, and interpret instructions.

    Work Schedule:

    • Flexible work schedule available: 3-day, 5-day, or 7-day work week.
