- 4+ years in progressive HR with heavy hourly employee populations
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Professional certification strongly preferred
- Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software.

Job Description
Manufacturing company needs a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources.
Responsible for recruitment, employee relations, employee development, training, and employee communications
Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Responsible for compensation and salary administration
Ensure compliance with all employment-related federal, state and local government laws.
Manage administration and communication of benefit programs.
Manage administrative transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. MBA preferred.
Minimum three years' experience as a human resources manager, with well-rounded earlier generalist experience.
Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment, with HR oversight for several hundred people. Corporate level HR experience is preferred.
HR certification, SPHR or PHR is preferred.
Should have knowledge about OSHA and safety training.
