    Manager, Sales Development - Denver, CO

    Position Overview:

    Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will provide strategic guidance to both the SDR and BRD teams, nurturing talent, shaping processes, and fostering an environment of excellence in lead generation and prospecting.


    Key Responsibilities:
    *Pipeline Amplification: Oversee lead generation, prospecting and qualifications activities, fueling the expansion of our sales pipeline
    *Strategic Vision: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
    *Performance Enhancement: Sete celar performance targets, providing coaching and guidance to optimize team effectiveness
    *Process Enhancement: Continuously refine sales development processes, leveraging best practices and data-driven insights
    *Cross Functional Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless lead handoffs

    Driven Decisions:
    Utilize analytics and metrics to track team performance, identify trends and make informed decisions
    *Market Insight: Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive informed decision making

    Qualifications:
    *Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

    • 5+ years experience in sales development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
    *Proven track record of leading and developing a high-performing sales team, including SDR's and BDR's
    *In-depth understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline development
    *Excellent written and verbal communications skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly
    *Flexibility to adjust tactics in response to evolving market dynamics
    *CRM and sales engagement tools experience (Salesforce)
