    Description

    MCR Safety, a Bunzl company, is a key player in the Personal Protective Equipment sector. We are in search of a Business Development Manager for the Western Region, covering states such as ID, WY, UT, CO, NM, MN, AZ, and NV. This role involves engaging with end-users and channel partners to enhance brand visibility and boost sales through innovative safety solutions for workplaces.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market
    • Utilize MCR Safety 360 for hazard assessments and improved safety
    • Drive end-user conversions and guide business to channel partners
    • Achieve assigned quotas and sales objectives
    • Manage a large territory with multiple contacts
    • Travel four days a week, performing hazard assessments using MCR Safety 360
    • Showcase excellent presentation skills
    • Maintain records of opportunities and lead information
    • Become a product expert in Gloves, Glasses, Garments, and FR Clothing
    • Collaborate with peers to drive opportunities across North America
    • Participate in training and special projects

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of PPE experience
    • Background in outside sales or Project Management
    • Up to 80% travel required, with 50% being overnight
