Are you ready to lead the charge in driving technical excellence and customer success at AgentSync? We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Pre-Sales Engineering to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing the "technical win" by collaborating closely with our VP of Sales and VP of Professional Services to refine our technical selling approach and empower our teams to execute flawlessly.
This role will be accountable for ensuring the effectiveness of our product demonstrations, conducting thorough technical discovery, capturing clear and comprehensive requirements, and providing valuable insights to address customer concerns through our solution and implementation strategies.
Your success will be gauged by metrics such as high customer satisfaction, low change order rates, and the alignment of customer expectations during implementations.
This role's influence will also extend to shaping our product roadmap, drawing from your interactions with customers to steer product strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge features.
As a visionary leader, you'll lead a team of 5-6 individual contributors, guiding them to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers.
Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering tailored solutions, ensuring that our clients achieve maximum value from AgentSync.

What you'll do:
Partner with VP of Sales to ensure we hit our revenue targets
Lead the development and execution of the technical selling strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and VP of Professional Services to shape the go-to-market approach and drive successful customer engagements.
Provide strategic leadership to a team of 5-10 individual contributors, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Actively participate in customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of AgentSync's solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, offering strategic guidance and insights to drive business growth and customer success.
Act as a key liaison between customers, prospects, and internal teams, effectively communicating feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
~25% travel to Customers and conferences will be expected for this position
Your experience:
10+ years in pre-sales engineering or technical sales roles within the software industry, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Proven track record of success in leading and closing complex technical sales opportunities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives.
Experience in influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions based on customer feedback and market insights.
A strong track record of problem solving and a "roll up your sleeves" mentality

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We're a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
$190,000 - $220,000 base // $250,000 - $300,000 OTE
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync's equity programs.
