1. At least 5 years of experience in Complex business negotiations

Builds and nurtures relationships with internal and external business and technical counterparts. Uses structured processes to grow and manage the pipeline, providing updates to key stakeholders. Raises issues to supervisors when necessary. Finalizes deals following established procedures or templates, when applicable. Facilitates execution and deal oversight through communications and updates with Microsoft team members. Identifies and resolves obstacles, collaborating with involved parties. Assists in post-deal planning and implementation by engaging with partner and internal teams. Evaluates progress against defined success metrics, such as revenue and pipeline/channel growth.
Skills:
Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or similar field OR has equivalent experience. At least 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., investment banking, corporate strategy, sales, venture capital, business development). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to establish and nurture prosperous business relationships.
Typical Day in the Role
• Team Purpose: Focuses on partnerships & licensing for a prominent gaming studio
• Key projects: Involvement in license importing for a major gaming studio.
• Responsibilities include managing partners and seeking new ones if current ones fall short. Involves core game, development, and support partners, as well as interactions with legal counsel for negotiations and agreements.
• Daily activities include 50-60% meetings, 25% collaboration with attorneys on agreements, and 15-20% overseeing triage processes.
