    Job Description

    We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management plus five years of relevant construction industry experience OR eight years' relevant construction industry experience with public or private projects
    OSHA 30 certification
    Ability to pass a criminal background check
    Requires travel within NYS, may include overnight stays.
    Must be available to occasionally work a modified work schedule or extended workday hours.
    Proficiency in PC applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam

    Responsibilities/Skills:
    Demonstrated ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors.
    Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
    Demonstrated management skills.
    Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
    Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
    Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
    Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
    Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
    Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects a plus.
