Job Title:
Project Manager - 1

Location:
Albany, NY 12243

Duration: 3 Years with possible extension

Shift :
Monday to Friday (1st shift)

Work

Schedule:
90% Remote (10% travel or once in a quarterly meeting in Albany NY)

Responsibilities:


  • Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule, and budgets.
  • Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Manage contractors and program support agreements.
  • Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants.
  • Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs
  • Make recommendations for improvements to NYSERDA's strategies and business processes.
  • Support program reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Efficiency Planning and Engineering Team.

Skills, Education, or Experience:


  • Project management skills and the ability to successfully multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements.
  • Support strategic market engagement and partnership development.
  • Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes.
  • Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills.
  • Must be a selfstarter and function well independently and in teams.
  • Must be a highlevel Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot tables, graphing, and other advanced formulas and functions.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter.
  • Multifamily experience.
  • NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Buildings Portal, Tableau(training would be provided).
  • Ability to handle 70 to 100 projects.
Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote


Pay:
$ $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
