    The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.


    GENERAL FUNCTION


    The Account Manager is responsible for executing the Professional Solution business strategy for Kohl's through the tactical duties related to the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.

    The Account Manager is responsible for the achievement of annual sales quotas and cost of sales goals.

    Leads project timeline to meet both customer and internal partner expectations on brand and other initiatives (internal includes trade marketing, brand management and ISS).

    Coordinates customer assortment needs with Supply Chain to ensure service level expectations are being met.


    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    Achieves team quarterly / annual performance objectives including sales units, dollars and AUP as set in quarterly and annual MBO goals.

    Partners with internal departments including trade marketing, brand management, product finance to execute customer eyewear strategies.

    Communicates and drives specific brand and product opportunities for the customer through collaboration with Kohl's.

    Actively drives project management of customer experience activations facilitated through trade marketing and ISS team.

    Drives full price retail selling by coordinating communication to partners on project deployment dates and brand strategies.


    Partners with brand managers to relay business trends, opportunities and voids within the customer assortment to execute strategies for continued growth.

    Works closely with the product and brand teams to develop 360 degree marketing plans to support the customer's eyewear opportunities.

    Acts as a collaborative contributor to the team by sharing account insight, feedback and solutions to create a better experience internally and externally for all who interface with Luxottica

    Attends sunglass markets in New York, Miami and/or Italy 2-3 times a year


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    5-7 years retail experience

    Fashion/eyewear industry experience

    Knowledge of merchandising, management and retail sales

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing

    Equivalent combination of education and experience

    Results oriented with strong strategic sales approach

    Negotiation skills; persuasive

    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills

    Strong analytical skills in financial, marketing and demographic analysis of sales

    Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships within the department store environment; builds business trust and earns confidence with key store management

    Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management

    Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment

    Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    Well informed of industry trends and able to speak knowledgeably and confidently about the eyewear industry

    ​Pay Range: 75, ,085.15

    Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.

    In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
