Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training as a cook
  • Several years of professional experience, including experience in communal catering
  • Additional qualifications in business administration desirable
  • Motivated, cooperative, goaloriented, and independent work style
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to understand, break down, and develop recipes for special production processes

Your tasks:


  • Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
  • Calculation of dishes and recipes
  • Management, control, and documentation of daily food production
  • Monitoring/compliance with all established quality standards, as well as guidelines according to HACCP and all applicable food and hygiene regulations
  • Supervision of assigned employees
