We are currently looking for you as a Service Helper at the train station (m/f/d) for a position with DB at the Osnabrück location, part-time (20 hours/week).


Your responsibilities:


  • You represent Deutsche Bahn at the train station and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for directing the flow of passengers within the train station, as well as to/from the bus (bus stop)
  • You assist passengers with loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage
  • You also manage the distribution of doors and multipurpose areas
  • If needed, you provide assistance for boarding and disembarking
  • You also assist passengers with mobility impairments on the platform
  • Additionally, you are responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers and bicycle customers at the train station/platform
  • You are also available at the DB information desk to assist passengers with any questions or concerns

Your profile:


  • Good knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English is desirable
  • You have a confident, friendly demeanor and are customeroriented
