For our airline catering location at Munich Airport, we are looking for you as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the entire range of operational personnel management for the airline catering location in Munich, as well as lounges at Munich Airport
  • Employee support
  • Management and support of the recruiting process
  • Contact person for the managers of your business area in all strategic and operational HR topics
  • Consulting and support for managers in personnel and labor law issues
  • Contact person for employees in all personnelrelated matters
  • Further development of HR processes (e.g. through software implementations, digitization, etc.)
  • Preparation of payroll
  • Close cooperation with payroll and salary accounting, as well as business and location management

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in a relevant field, a comparable education or further training with a focus on personnel or labor law
  • You have several years of work experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist
  • You have sound knowledge and experience in labor and social security law
  • Your work style is structured, committed and independent
  • You have the ability to independently face challenges and find sustainable solutions
  • You have a high level of service orientation and a handson mentality
  • You are communicative and have assertiveness
  • You communicate fluently in German and English
