- Help ensure our customer's ship dates are met.
- Work with Asia counterparts to ensure information on our customer's orders align with final shipping details and trouble shoot issues as they arise.
- Be a liaison between sales and multiple internal departments.
- Frequently present and actively participate in meetings with various teams.
- As potential issues arise that may prevent on-time shipment, collaborate with internal teams to arrive at the best possible outcome.
- Maintain visibility to development & production issues that could impact on-time delivery.
- Maintain multiple documents to keep internal teams updated on the latest customer program information.
- Assist in developing or updating account specific processes as the need arises to maintain efficiency and transparency.
- Run reports and work on special projects as needed.
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Must have experience with Google Docs (or Excel at a minimum)

The Order Management Analyst will ensure the customer's orders are shipped on time by working with multiple internal departments to get ahead of possible delays and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
