How will you make an impact in this role?
At American Express we are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to ensure all digital Cardmember touch points are up-to-date.
Update Website and Experiences app:
monitor metrics and user experience.
Experiences App update:
monitor metrics and user experience.
Develop email communications and push notifications.
Collaborate with agencies and Business Units to develop end-to-end email communications for servicing, spend stimulation, and engagement.
Serve as the main POC with translation agency: review and approve translation services billing for accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
Two to five years of experience in digital product management or similar role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish language. Portuguese good to have.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
Experience in CX and UX.
Passionate for building great products and enhance customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of International Dollar Card products.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science or related field.
