    Job Descriptio     we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Public Relations Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to help communicate and promote our company's brand and initiatives to the public. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for building positive relationships.

    As a Public Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Public Relations Manager in executing strategic communication plans, coordinating press releases, and managing media relations. You will also assist in planning and executing events, monitoring social media platforms, and tracking media coverage. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a proactive and adaptable approach.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and initiatives
    • Coordinate and distribute press releases to targeted media outlets
    • Maintain and update media contact databases
    • Monitor media coverage and track relevant articles and mentions
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, including press conferences and product launches
    • Generate content for press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials
    • Research and identify opportunities for media coverage and promotional partnerships


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in public relations or related role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
    • Knowledge of media relations best practices and industry trends
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently
