- Own the full lifecycle of analytics and reporting products, from requirement gathering and design to development and delivery.
- Deliver custom analyses using SQL to solve critical business challenges.
- Build and maintain standardized metrics and KPIs.
- Design and develop intuitive, informative dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Leverage the latest tools and techniques in data visualization to present complex data in an accessible manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Works with UI / UX teams to ensure consistency across reports and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualization and analytics.
- Strong proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong proficiency with databases (SQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
- A collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role

This role requires building, designing, and developing both internal and external analytics and reporting products. Reporting directly to the Sr Director of Data Science and Analytics, you'll play a crucial role in empowering decision-makers with the data they need to succeed.
