    Description

    Job Title: Logistics Analyst

    Duties:

    The Logistics team is looking for an innovative Logistics Analyst to provide insight into Client's daily outbound capacity management. You will be a member of the Outbound capacity planning team, and help to assess capacity risk to the network, build reporting and provide updates to cross-functional business partners

    Drive daily capacity risk assessment and work in partnership with capacity planning team to mitigate any risk across the Outbound network

    Drive improvement to data visualizations and reporting and communicate clearly to senior leadership on the state of the business

    Foster partnerships across the organization to improve forecasting methodology across all lines of business.

    Manage escalations as needed.

    Be a part of an exciting team that has a broad view of the Logistics operation

    Requirements:

    Highly analytical and critical mindset demonstrated by creative data analysis and strong attention to detail

    Demonstrated ability translating business questions into clearly framed analytical projects, and interpreting and manipulating large datasets

    Experience managing cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, including how to influence without authority

    Interest in learning more about the Client Logistics organization

    High proficiency in Excel and Tableau Desktop

    Education:

    BA/BS required with 3 years minimum experience in logistics/transportation or business operations analyst
