    The Job

    Responsibilities

    • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain data models, database systems, and data mining tools to optimize data collection and analysis processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings clearly and concisely.
    • Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiencies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

    The Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data models and formulas.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
