Lab Manager II - Technical Engagement Network (TEN)

Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a skilled individual to join their team in supporting a U.S. Government customer by providing immediate incident response to cyber-attacks on civilian Government agencies. The ideal candidate will assist in investigations, develop mitigation plans, and aid in service restoration.

This role requires a USG Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:

Apply advanced analytical skills and technical resources to support command decision-making.
Implement infrastructure solutions for mission requirements.
Assess network topology and device configurations for security concerns.
Advise on lab standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Provide support for Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (e.g., Citrix).
Offer assistance for MacOS and iOS technical issues.
Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk channels and phone lines.
Manage user accounts and credentials.
Maintain customer SAN NetApp data storage capabilities.
Implement access control, monitor system performance, and ensure security.
Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related network problems.
Identify efficiencies in existing procedures.

Required Skills:

U.S. Citizenship.
Active DoD Secret clearance, TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
2+ years of IT Helpdesk support experience.
2+ years of MacOS and iOS experience.
Ability to work collaboratively across locations.

Desired Skills:

Experience in writing technical procedures.
Virtualization automation and optimization knowledge.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.

Required Education:

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or HS Diploma with 4+ years of lab management or systems administration experience.

Desired Certifications:

DoD IAT Level II.
