- Resource Management
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources and supplies.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Maintain inventory levels and track usage to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality meets or exceeds company standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among staff.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, and implement preventive measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of operational principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
