    Description
    Spherion is seeking a dynamic and innovative Bookkeeper for a growing law firm in Naples, Fl.

    Utilize ClosingVue real estate software to post checks and wires received, write checks, and post outgoing wires for real estate transactions.

    Maintain accurate records in ClosingVue to ensure proper monthly reconciliation with the bank.
    Coordinate escrow deposit receipt verifications, including calendar due dates, alerts, and communication with relevant parties.
    Assist with non-profit work by adding matters to Outlook Calendar, tracking document production, and updating master spreadsheets.
    Handle annual IRS filings for 1099-S Informational Tax Returns and manage fund title policy premiums and commitments.
    Monitor Simplifile website for electronic filings and manage various bank accounts for fee payments.
    Experience with financial accounting software such as Aderant is a plus.
    Bachelors
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    Proficiency in using real estate software such as ClosingVue.
