**Description**
Position Summary:
Victorias Secret is seeking a Transportation Analyst to support one of the highest volume retail transportation networks in North America. The international transportation team is responsible for managing global shipments to and from our US distribution centers. As an analyst, you will act as a liaison between internal partners and external service providers.
***As a Transportation Analyst you will:***
Responsible for all International air and ocean export transportation flows from US into region
Build and maintain relationships through partnership and fair treatment
Leverage project skills to lead new market entry workstreams
Respond quickly to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to work and achieve objectives
Daily interaction with freight forwarders, DC, brand and partners regarding outbound shipment timing
Collaborate with multiple levels of the organization and have a direct impact on business-critical decisions
Liaison between business, partners and transportation carriers to support strategic operational planning
Interact daily with business leaders to provide guidance and capabilities
Drive new market business initiatives and collaborate to develop integrated processes across both internal and external partners
Coordinate final logistics guidance and alignment on all requirements between DC, freight forwarder, partner and brand
**Qualifications**

3+ years of experience working in a related position
Bachelors degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics or related discipline
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Analyst or leadership work background
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with time definite projects and reporting
Self-motivated; proven ability to make independent decisions and suggest process improvement
Minimal travel may be required
Superior organization, time management and attention to detail
