Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Enter ordersand look up inventory
Give pricing and handle quotes
Maintainshipping documents
Communicate upbeatand professionally with customers
Trace daily orders through various carriers to make sure orders arrive to customers on time
Adjust orders at customer request when needed
Cross-trained on drop-ship orders all over United States
Perform otheroffice duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Must have previous Receptionist experience
Must have 2 to 3 years Procurement Software Experience; Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, SalesForce, and Adobe
Must have an articulate, professional, and upbeat phone voice
Must have excellent customer service skills
