We are currently looking for YOU as a
Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for a permanent position at our location in
Frankfurt-Niederrad, starting immediately.


As part of a corporate group, our client has been successfully operating as a full-service provider in the banking sector for over 45 years and is continuously seeking motivated support in
Customer Service (pure customer support).

You can expect a pleasant start with a professional training (approx. 2 weeks) on site at our own academy, which will of course be
compensated from day one.


Responsibilities:

Your main task will be
telephone support for pleasant customers in the banking service sector, including:

  • Receiving and processing telephone customer inquiries regarding card payments, online transactions, and electronic authorizations
  • Handling complaints and documenting customer concerns
  • Entering and maintaining customer data in the internal system

Profile:


  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in telephony or customer service, for example as a Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), Call Center Agent (m/f/d), or Customer Support Representative (m/f/d). Career changers are also welcome
  • We expect you to be a team player with a customeroriented mindset
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
