Customer Service Representative Inbound (m/f/d) in Lytton, IA.

Possible from 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

Telephone consultation for all offered insurance categories for existing customers
Processing of incoming customer orders
Handling of questions regarding contractual content
Complaint management
Management of social media inquiries

Your profile:

Professional experience in a similar position
Enjoyment of working with customers
High willingness to learn and good communication skills
Fluent German in spoken and written form
