Administrative Assistant for Kitchen Catalog Management (m/f/d):

The Kitchen Catalog Management department is part of the central master data organization in the purchasing department of the porta group.

Based on the assortment and pricing structure defined by the kitchen purchasing department, the catalog management team is responsible for the editorial processing and technical provision of electronic manufacturer catalogs for the KPS Design Studio planning system.

This planning system is used in kitchen sales to plan individual kitchen configurations for our end customers. The resulting plans or orders are centrally reviewed and then placed with the industry.

In addition, the catalog management team processes manufacturer and article master data in the merchandise management and kitchen planning system environment.


Your tasks:


  • You will work in the environment of the KPS Design Studio kitchen planning system
  • Editorial processing, calculation and provision of electronic manufacturer catalogs for kitchen sales
  • Processing of manufacturer data, articles and product groups in the merchandise management and sales application environment
  • Conducting catalog updates and transmitting them to sales
