Your responsibilities:


  • Receiving, recording, and processing customer inquiries and orders, as well as retrieving orders from the ordering platform, including handling and forwarding customer complaints to the sales back office.
  • Conducting plausibility checks for orders in the context of creating offers, e.g. regarding delivery dates, prices, and availability.
  • Clarifying discrepancies related to price differences with customers or the KB field sales team, as well as forwarding discrepancies related to delivery dates and availability to the sales back office.
  • Providing expert advice to customers regarding the product range and alternatives, as well as actively selling additional products, including proactively promoting and selling marketing
