Kaufbeuren, we are currently looking for a dedicated addition to our team.

Your responsibilities:

Receiving, recording, and processing customer inquiries and orders, as well as retrieving orders from the ordering platform, including handling and forwarding customer complaints to the sales back office.
Conducting plausibility checks for orders in the context of creating offers, e.g. regarding delivery dates, prices, and availability.
Clarifying discrepancies related to price differences with customers or the KB field sales team, as well as forwarding discrepancies related to delivery dates and availability to the sales back office.
Providing expert advice to customers regarding the product range and alternatives, as well as actively selling additional products, including proactively promoting and selling marketing
