Our client in the service industry is looking for several customer service representatives / call center agents (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time in Cleveland, OK.

Your responsibilities:

Receiving and processing calls in customer service and secretarial services in German and English
Responding to initial inquiries for our clients or forwarding calls
Scheduling appointments or providing information

Our expectations:

Enjoyment of talking on the phone and interacting with customers
Preferably a commercial education
Work experience in customer service/service center/call center
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good oral English skills
