    Description

    Job Title: House Attendant-Lobby at Hotel Tonnelle

    About the Job: As a House Attendant-Lobby, your main role will be to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's public areas, providing a welcoming environment for guests.

    • Deep clean assigned areas and maintain lobby functions
    • Deliver service items to guest rooms
    • Interact with guests in a friendly manner
    • Adhere to hotel standards for cleanliness and guest service

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record
    • Ability to communicate clearly and make quick decisions
    • Work well in high-pressure situations

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Approach all interactions with guests and associates with a service-oriented mindset
    • Maintain high personal grooming standards
    • Ensure safety and efficiency in hotel operations
    • Complete daily cleaning tasks according to standards
    • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
    • Attend meetings and assist in emergency procedures
    • Perform any other duties as assigned
