    Essential Functions:

    • Communicate effectively with team members during service, demonstrating strong teamwork and the ability to follow instructions.
    • Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times.
    • Handle equipment with care to minimize product loss and breakage.
    • Present a professional demeanor by showing up on time, in a clean uniform, and ready to work with a positive attitude.
    • Contribute to the overall organization and cleanliness of the restaurant.
    • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of dishroom and equipment.
    • Thoroughly clean glassware, china, and silverware.
    • Enjoy work while maintaining professionalism.
    • Complete assigned tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
    • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and actively participate.
    • Perform housekeeping duties and side work independently and thoroughly.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience/training; or a combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
    • Clear, concise, and positive communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with management, coworkers, and guests.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with attention to detail.
    • Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Maintain a professional appearance.
    • Ability to move comfortably in various work environments, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed.
    • Manual dexterity and finger agility.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Adherence to company rules and regulations.
