    Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

    As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales and generating new business opportunities within the industrial packaging sector.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Development:
    Utilize your proactive approach to identify and target potential customers within the industrial packaging industry. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective prospecting and networking.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise and guidance on packaging solutions that meet their specific requirements.

    Solution Selling:
    Employ a consultative selling approach to effectively communicate the value proposition of our packaging products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that address client challenges and deliver maximum value.

    Business Development:
    Drive revenue growth by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. Identify key decision-makers, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.

    Market Awareness:


    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Continuously seek ways to enhance our product offerings and improve the overall customer experience.


    Qualifications:
    Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably within the industrial packaging or related industry.
    Strong hunting mentality with a passion for generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and thrive in a commission-based sales role.
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.


    Compensation:
    Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
    Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.
    Approximate year 1 total compensation including commission is expected to range from $80,000 to $100,000.
