Description

The Digital Product Owner will partner with internal and external resources to enhance Digital member experiences, increasing adoption of the Digital Channel and ensuring our technology supports members' current and future needs.

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the Director, Digital Experience and is based in Hollywood, CA.


Responsibilities

  • Own & support the Digital Experience ecosystem of products & services (including but not limited to Alkami, MeridianLink and additional vendors); ensure continued growth in channel adoption; maintain channel metrics, monitor, collect and report on member feedback.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all Digital Banking services, including but not limited to Online & Mobile Banking platforms, Bill Payer, Digital Wallets, online.
  • Interpret data, create, and maintain KPI reports/data visualization, analyzes result, provide ongoing reporting related to Digital Experience Channel.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data related to channel performance, member satisfaction, market intelligence and KPI's.
  • Manage and lead the execution of digital roadmap, which may include owning project meetings, time, budget spend, and quality standards to ensure successful integration and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Communicate, develop, and share information about program changes and enhancements to staff, as necessary and ensures staff is kept up to date and trained on enhancements.
  • Engage and collaborate with staff in other departments on any improvement areas relating to Digital Banking services.
  • Produce relevant guides, procedures and other written material designed to prepare staff for changes, increase their knowledge in products and respond to objections and complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

***- An associate degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of workrelated experience in a fullservice financial institution or experience in a related position in a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in project management and Software Development Life Cycle including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ability to understand and represent the voice of our members in the product life cycle phases.
  • Excellent project and time management skills with ability to lead multiple projects, tasks and priorities; meeting established timeframes, strategies, and tactics.
  • Indepth knowledge of Credit Union regulations, products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
  • Knowledge of how to use a personal computer and MS Office products on a daily basis (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Symitar for Windows (Episys).
