About Us:


We seek a dynamic and motivated Social Media Manager and Content Producer who will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to elevate our brand's impact within the Sports card/Trading Card Games collecting community.

This detail-oriented self-starter will be responsible for crafting and editing engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and driving brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Social Media Management: Oversee daytoday operations across all accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook, etc.). Deliver consistent and engaging content tailored to each platform's audience, including regular story posts and scheduling.
  • Develop and edit compelling images, graphics, and written content for social media and website use, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a robust online community.

Content Strategy:
Analyze data to craft strategic organic content that elevates our brand's presence.

  • Schedule, post, and monitor daily content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Provide regular reports on social media insights, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the CEO and editing team to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community members to create authentic and engaging content.
  • Coordinate with the CEO to highlight new products, special offers, and upcoming events.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and compelling.

Leverage Marketing Opportunities:

Actively monitor emerging trends to inform our content strategy and collaborate with upper management to develop, execute, and assess the impact of innovative marketing strategies, both organic and paid, to enhance engagement and growth.

Travel Requirement:
Moderate travel for events, typically 15-20 days per year. During travel, you will be expected to produce content that captures engaging experiences and interactions relevant to our brand.


Qualifications:

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience: 24 years in brand management with a proven record of growing social media channels or in a marketing team management role; strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • TCG (Trading card games) & Sportscard knowledge.
  • In-Store/

Local Presence:
Must be available to work in-store with the team, capturing and creating engaging content.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
