4LEAF is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant in Pleasanton, California. The ideal candidate will be able to support our Vice President and his team to ensure smooth operation of the department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to telephone and email coverage, calendar and travel management, meeting management, resume writing, and supporting department operations.
The ideal candidate would possess excellent organizational skills, communication, multi-tasking abilities, and have a great attention to detail.
