We're looking for a Sales Representative with a strong focus on community engagement to support our continuous expansion into Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building relationships within the business community through networking and local outreach, aligning our digital marketing solutions with the needs of local businesses.

    Job Description:
    The Sales Representative will play a key role in growing our Dallas market, not just in sales but in forging meaningful connections within the local business community. In addition to prospecting and cold-calling, your responsibilities will include participating in local chamber events, networking meetings, and other community activities to identify and build relationships with potential clients. This role combines sales acumen with community engagement to support Rise Local's mission of delivering exceptional digital marketing services to local businesses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cold-calling and prospecting.
    • Engage with the Dallas business community through chamber of commerce events, networking groups, and local initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of local businesses and propose customized digital marketing solutions from Rise Local's offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the liaison between Rise Local and the local business community.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted, community-focused campaigns and initiatives that showcase Rise Local's value proposition.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory and customer accounts.
    • Provide feedback from the community to help shape future sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally within the digital marketing or a related industry.
    • Strong community engagement or public relations background, with experience participating in local chamber events and business gatherings.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with individuals at all levels.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing services and their application to business growth.
    • Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • prior marketing agency experience a plus.
    • Good driving record
