Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an **HR Generalist** position in **Baltimore, MD.**

In office role

**IN-OFFICE POSITION**

W-2 position

+ Type: Fulltime (40 hours/week) contract

+ Length: 6+ months, possible extension

+ Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P

+ Pay rate: $35/hr

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ The HR Generalist will be responsible for Employee relations and lead recruiting efforts to assure access, attract, and successfully place highly competent and successful candidates.

+ Take a lead role in employee relations-gathers data, conducts investigations and reports findings.

+ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

+ Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees

+ Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and complaints

**Requirements for the HR Generalist position:**

+ 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

+ 3+ years of employee relations experience gathering data, conducting investigations and reporting findings.

+ Experience with Power companies, E **ngineering and Construction or Energy industry**

**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
