• 45 Years in the manufacturing or construction field
• Good social media skills
• SHRM certification
• Experience with creating a culture of commitment, collaboration and teamwork
• Affirmative Action plans is a big plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have a car and license to drive to sites on occasion as needed
• HR certification is a plus
