Our program includes the following stages:

Branch training station

  • Training in the branch, taking on branch responsibilities

Internship/Work in the bakery

  • Work in our departments such as purchasing, warehouse, bakery, shipping, and fleet

Internship/Work in administration

  • Work in our human resources and administration departments

Training in the area of management

  • Training in the tasks of management
  • Regular feedback discussions will take place, followed by a discussion of further development together

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed a degree, for example in commerce, or a successful further education as a retail specialist
  • You are mobile, flexible, and resilient
  • You have a confident demeanor and a high level of initiative and commitment
  • You have the willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibilities (demonstrate leadership skills)
